Policies




  • A) INTERFACE WITH PARENTS

    • I) Parent-teacher meetings, will be organized once in 3 months. Attending the parent teacher meeting is mandatory.

    • II) Parents will be informed about details of child such as Attendance, Marks, Graphical Analysis of performance through our web portal.

    • III) Parents should visit the school, to meet Principal or teachers (with prior appointment) to discuss their concern about their child's progress.

    • IV) To inform parents of any serious misdemeanor or misbehavior of the student a parent may be called at short notice to the school.
  • B) FORTNIGHTLY TELEPHONE CALLING
  • Parents are allowed to call their children every fortnightly for duration of 10 minutes, subject to no other residential program being organized in the Jr. College.

  • C) NO REQUESTS FOR LEAVE PLEASE!
  • This is a residential Jr. College and leave of any kind is not admissible during the term.

  • D) ABSENTEEISM OF CHILD
  • We request you to take prior permission of the Jr. College before your child remains absent from classes, as a minimum attendance of 90% has been a pre-requisite for a child to qualify for the next class. The Jr. College will not be responsible for the loss of academics due to absence of the child from Jr. College .

  • E) GAMES, SPORTS, ATHLETICS AND ADVENTURE CAMP COMPULSORY
  • Participation in sports, games, athletics and adventure camp is an essential part of the educational and Learning process.

  • F) DRESS CODE AND UNIFORM
  • The child has to follow the dress code according to the Jr. College timings.

  • G) EXPENSIVE ITEMS
  • Students are not allowed to bring any expensive personal items / gadgets such as i-pods, cameras, memory storage devices (CD/ USB device) with them. In case a student brings any expensive gadget, the Jr. College cannot be held responsible for its safety and he/she will be fined with Rs. 1000. The penalty will be utilized for any charitable purposes the Jr. college finds appropriate. The receipt for such donations will be provided to the parents by school. No electrical devices/appliances are to be brought to Jr. College by the students. These will be confiscated. Students of Grade X and XII are allowed to bring a camera, costing not more than Rs. 5000, for collection of sweet memories of their Jr. College life after a mid-term break. He/ she must deposit the same with his/her house parent.

  • H) CASH
  • Students are not allowed to keep money with them at any cost. In case they have money, it must be handed over to the House-parents at the beginning of the term. If we find any cash with the children at anytime of their stay in our Jr. College , the amount found will be donated to a charitable cause.

  • I) MOBILE PHONES
  • The possession and use of mobile phones is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If caught, the phone will be confiscated and will not be returned. Possession of mobile phones will lead to stringent disciplinary action including expulsion. Visitors are advised not to let any student use their mobile phones, except their own ward, while on the campus, under any circumstances.

  • J) INTERNET
  • Supervised Internet facility will be provided to class XI and XII students for one hour in a week for surfing information related to their higher education or emails related to the same purpose.

  • K) PICK UP AND DROP SERVICE
  • Last Friday of each month child can go home after class. The Jr. college will drop the child from campus till city office on Friday evening and will pick up on Monday by 6.30 am from city office. In case the child misses the transport provide by the Jr. College , the parent has to drop the child to the Jr. College campus by his own way.

WITHDRAWAL POLICIES: -


  • In case if parent wants to withdraw the admission after 11th Grade, should inform the Jr. College admin through a written application before the month of Sept.

  • Leaving certificate will be issued to the child on successful completion of XI exam and full payment of XI grade fees.

  • Fees once paid is neither transferable nor refundable.
